Houston Texas USA, February 2nd 2022: Africa Sports Ventures Group has reached an agreement with the management of Namibian Track & Field sensations and Olympians Christine Mboma and Beatrice Masilingi to produce a two Part Documentary Series about their lives and Careers.
After bursting onto the scene in 2020 making waves with their amazing performances and jaw dropping times on the track Christine Mboma and Beatrice Masilingi came under scrutiny by the governing bod of the sport; World Athletics (formerly IAAF) restricting them from competing in events from the 400 meters and above for what they term as Difference in Sexual Development (DSD).

For two young marginalized girls who grew up under challenging circumstances in rural Namibia this was not only befuddling but presented a challenge that they could not understand. Albeit they would go on to the Tokyo 2020 (21) Olympic Games and triumph, beating some of the most celebrated athletes in the sport.
Africa Sports Ventures Group will be shooting and producing a two-part groundbreaking documentary on the life and careers of these two young and dynamic athletes who have yet to tap into their full potential in the Sport.
Production plans are already underway, and shooting will begin in March 2022 with a release date to be announced at the ASVG Legends Championship on Saturday April 16th 2022 a Benefit Track Meet on behalf of the girls and their training team and facility in Namibia that will feature both Christine and Beatrice and the Namibian national relay team and a slew of supporting athletes around the world.
