
The Fennec Foxes secured all three points in their Africa Cup of Nations opener against South Africa on Monday, but looked vulnerable at the back after conceding the first goal before giving away a penalty.
And, although they managed to come back to secure a 3-1 win, Neghiz admits there were plenty of areas they need to work on before taking on the Black Stars this weekend.
"In the first match we did many mistakes and we are working now to fix all those mistakes that will not be allowed against a team like Ghana. We are working hard to fix the problems in our defence that made us suffer in the first match," Neghiz said.
"The Black Stars lost their first game against Senegal and that will make them fight against us, because they will not want to lose a second straight match."
