The chairperson of Green Buffaloes Football Club, Colonel Andrew Siame, said the South African soccer outfit has dangled R100, 000 as an initial transfer fee with a promise that should the club clinch premier league promotion the amount will be doubled.
Siame explained that the military sponsored side, executive board has submitted the request to the high command for consideration and should the request get the nod the player will be released.
He added that should the army high command consider the request positively the club executive board will let the player go to try his luck in the rainbow nation.
However, he said Amazulu has not come out clearly on matters relating to the player’s welfare, salary, conditions of service and other relevant matters as such the Zambian club will critically look at all these issues before giving the player a green light.
“We will be looking at their conditions and we will see whether the amount and other details are worth it. Our player is a national team material and of international standard; he also plays for a big club here in Zambia so we will look at all these details,” he said.
