
The 34 years old who is currently facing a ban from playing in the Netherlands over match-fixing allegations confirmed his signing for the London based non-league side.
"I'm happy to sign for Dulwich Hamlet and I know I can still play well," Kargbo told BBC Sport.
Kargbo who last played for Welling United has also played for Thamesmead Town after his short spell in Portugal.
