Kiprop, Farah and Makhloufi confirmed for Herculis.

Since 2011, these 3 shared all the major titles on 1500m and 5000m; for HERCULIS, Asbel KIPROP, Mo FARAH and Taoufik MAKHLOUFI saved the date of July 17th at Louis II Stadium for what looks like a race to not miss!

Asbel KIPROP knows Monaco very well: he has run here the 3 best times of his career, with the peak of 2013 where his 3:27.72 ranks him 5th best performer of all-time. The double World Champion of 2011 and 2013 and 2008 Olympic Champion confirmed us his current shape with his victory on the mile at the IAAF DIAMOND LEAGUE meeting of Oslo, and we look forward to see him on the starting line!

On his side Mo FARAH is the uncontested king of the 5000m, as his two World Champion titles in 2011 and 2013 and his Olympic title in 2012 demonstrate it. But the 1500m is not his weakest point, and his European Record on the distance in 3:28.81 (realized as well… in Monaco!) proves that he will be a pretender more than serious for the win.

Taoufik MAKHLOUFI comes to complete the list, with his Olympic title in 2012. The same year, he has run in 3:30.80 in MONACO, establishing a new personal best (3:30.40 since at the IAAF DIAMOND LEAGUE of Doha). 3rd this year at the IAAF DIAMOND LEAGUE meeting of Eugene on 800m in 1:45.17, he is in the ideal shape to break the mythic barrier of 3:30.00 during the meeting Herculis on July 17th.

Joining this line-up as well will be Olympic and World medalist Matthew CENTROWITZ, sub 3:30 and Oceania Record Holder Nick WILLIS and 2012 European Champion Henrik INGEBRIGTSEN!

One month before the IAAF World Championships in Beijing, these champions will be joining you at Louis II Stadium on July 17th 2015 for what should be another amazing night of athletics.
