
NEW YORK (Tuesday, July 28, 2015) – MLS All-Star Head Coach Pablo Mastroeni has selected Sam Cronin (Colorado Rapids), Ethan Finlay (Columbus Crew SC), Waylon Francis (Columbus Crew SC), Juninho (LA Galaxy) and Gyasi Zardes (LA Galaxy) as five additional All-Stars to join the gameday roster for Wednesday’s 2015 AT&T MLS All-Star Game against Tottenham Hotspur at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park (9 p.m. ET on FOX Sports 1, UniMás, TSN and RDS).
Four MLS All-Stars had to withdraw from the game due to injury: Michael Bradley (Toronto FC), Steven Gerrard (LA Galaxy), Robbie Keane (LA Galaxy), and Chris Tierney (New England Revolution).

2015 AT&T MLS All-Star Gameday Roster Additions
Sam Cronin Midfielder Colorado Rapids Nationality: USA Born: December 12, 1986
A seven-year MLS veteran, Cronin earns his first career MLS All-Star selection in his first season with the Colorado Rapids. The midfielder has logged 1,257 minutes in 16 appearances and 14 starts for the Rapids this season. Cronin spent five years with the San Jose Earthquakes before arriving in Colorado via trade on January 19, 2015. He helped San Jose to a Supporters’ Shield title in 2012, and has two career caps with the United States National Team.
Ethan Finlay Midfielder Columbus Crew SC Nationality: USA Born: August 6, 1990
A leading candidate for MLS MVP, Finlay earns his first ever All-Star selection after proving indispensable for Crew SC this year – his fourth season with the club. The 24-year-old leads MLS in assists with 12, a career-high for the midfielder. Selected 10th overall in the 2012 MLS SuperDraft, Finlay has also contributed seven goals in a total of 22 appearances for the Black & Gold, all of which were starts.
Waylon Francis Defender Columbus Crew SC Nationality: Costa Rica Born: September 20, 1990
Francis earns his first career MLS All-Star bid in his second season with Columbus Crew SC. The defender paces all MLS defenders in assists with six tallies on the season. Francis signed for Crew SC from Costa Rican side Herediano prior to the 2014 season, and has made 43 starts since. He has logged 1,612 minutes in 19 appearances to date this season. Francis was also a member of Costa Rica’s roster for the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.
Juninho Midfielder LA Galaxy Nationality: Brazil Born: January 8, 1989
A three-time MLS Cup champion with the LA Galaxy, Juninho has been one of the most consistent players for the club. The Brazilian has four goals and three assists in 23 appearances so far for the Galaxy, tying his second-best goal output in MLS. Now in his sixth season with LA, the midfield general has appeared in a total of 176 games, logging 14,660 career minutes. This marks Juninho’s third MLS All-Star selection (2011, 2013, 2015).
Gyasi Zardes Forward LA Galaxy Nationality: USA Born: September 2, 1991
Signed as a Homegrown Player on December 20, 2012, Zardes has developed into one of the League’s most talented youngsters. After a breakout season in 2014, scoring 16 goals and recording two assists, Zardes has continued to excite, earning regular U.S. National Team call-ups. The Hawthorne, Calif., native scored his first international goal on June 5, 2015 in the U.S.’s 4-3 win over the Netherlands, and went on to notch his second in the Americans’ 2-0 victory over Cuba in the 2015 CONCACAF Gold Cup on July 18, 2015. Zardes has four goals and two assists in 18 appearances for the Galaxy this season. This marks his first ever MLS All-Star selection.
