Fernando Lima discusses sports law with students at Zurich University
Zurich, Switzerland, December 10, 2015 - FIVB Secretary General Fernando Lima spoke to the students of the LL.M. International Sports Law course at the University of Zurich on Friday, December 4. Mr Lima was invited to share his experience and thoughts on a case study focusing on the FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour Grand Slam.

Mr Lima was invited to share his experience and thoughts on a case study focusing on the FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour Grand Slam.
The LL.M. International Sports Law course at the University of Zurich is intended for professionals who wish to gain an in-depth knowledge of the legal and business aspects of international sports. Module 1 provides an economic and legal insight into sports organisations. It analyses how sport organisations operate and integrate on a national and international level. Module 2 addresses the question of how sporting organisations tackle the current challenges of doping, illegal betting, gaming manipulation and corruption that are endangering the fundamental principles of sporting competition.
