The end of year ranking figure for Sierra Leone shows a rapid drop in the footballing classification as in December 2014, the country was amongst the top 100 footballing nation as they close the year ranking on 86 positions.
Libya were the best movers in Africa moving 32 places up to 21 position whilst Liberia were the worst mover as they moved 21 places down to 29 position.
Elsewhere, Belgium claimed the team of the year award for 2015 as they jumped into first position (their first-ever) on the FIFA /Coca-Cola World Ranking in the November ranking, but a 3-1 victory over four-time world champion Italy in Brussels on 13 November saw them hold on to the coveted position for the final ranking of 2015.
