Algiers, Algeria, December 4, 2015 - Following the end of the CAVB Congress on Friday, FIVB President Dr. Ary S. Graca F° spoke to the African volleyball fans and applauded the CAVB national federations for the democracy on show during the elections in Algiers.
He also urged the African countries to work hard. "Help me to help you," he said.
