The primary role of a GPS Staff Coach is to provide all players with an educational, enjoyable and safe on field experience

A GPS Staff Coach Will

• Follow the GPS curriculum and coaching philosophy

• Provide coaching that is progressive 

• Plan and execute practice (2/week/team)

• Provide excellent communication to players and parents

• Be available on evenings and weekends for practice, games and tournaments

• Display a strong work ethic 

• Be punctual 

• Be approachable and coach with enthusiasm

• Be patient
